Adding a New Driver, Nanny, or Vehicle

All new drivers, nannies, and vehicles must be registered through our online registration system. After successfully submitting the form below, you will receive the following message:

You have successfully completed the form. If you requested to register a driver or nanny, please have your driver or nanny visit the Security Reception to have their photo taken between 8:40 AM and 3:00 PM or after 3:45 PM and 6:00 PM two school days from submission. If you have registered a vehicle, no further action is required.

Removing a Driver, Nanny, or Vehicle

For security reasons, when a driver or nanny is no longer employed by you, or a vehicle is no longer used, please let us know in the form below, or notify Admissions by calling +966-11-459-7500 ext 305 or Security by calling +966-459-7500 ext. 325.

Note: damaged or lost cards can be replaced with a processing fee of 115 SAR.
